DIY or Call Us?

But the gate leaf has to be jacked and blocked while the roller is swapped, and if it shifts, you have several hundred pounds of steel moving in a direction you did not choose. What you can safely do: check for visible flat spots on the rollers, feel for play in the hinge pins, and note whether the gate sags more than half an inch at the free end.
